A blend coming from our Coffee Garden experimental farm Jardin Real, full of character and flavour.
HAND PICKED
We work hard to encourage only the red coffee cherries to be picked. This ensures a consistent flavour in each cup.
Altitude
All of our coffes are from above 1800 Mts. Altitude has a big influence in sweetness and coffee flavour.
Small size roasting
By roasting no more than 1kgs at a time, we ensure a higher consistency in temperatures on every single coffee bean.
